Using NAC-Organ technology, a 3D solid tumor model can be constructed without matrigel, allowing immune cells to freely invade the model's interior. This model is utilized to evaluate the targeting and cytotoxic effects of immune cells.

After adding GFP-labeled Macrophage/CAR-M cells (green) to the 3D solid tumor model for 48 hours, it was observed that 95% of CAR-M cells infiltrated into the tumor model. Cell viability (ATP) and cell damage (LDH) measurements revealed that CAR-Macrophage cells exhibited stronger cytotoxicity against the 3D tumor model.
